Background Information:
In this focus group testing, we invited a group of participants to evaluate their level of trust in the brand, their experience in obtaining information, their willingness to contact the offline team, and the smoothness of their interactions with the website.
Testing Goals:
01. To assess participants' level of trust in the brand and their willingness to engage with the offline team.
02. To understand participants' experience and satisfaction in obtaining the desired information.
03. To evaluate participants' usability and smoothness of interaction with the website.
Testing Process:
We conducted the testing in the form of a group discussion. Firstly, we introduced the background of the brand and its service process to the participants and allowed them to explore the website to obtain the desired information. Following that, we facilitated a group discussion, encouraging participants to share their viewpoints, experiences, and feedback.
Testing Results:
01. Increased level of trust and willing to contact offline team: Participants exhibited an increased level of trust in the brand and showed a willingness to engage with the offline team, indicating the successful achievement of the design objectives in this aspect.
02. Lack of brand uniqueness and brand identification: Participants raised some concerns when comparing the brand to others, including the brand's limitations in information display. They felt that there is room for improvement in terms of loyalty and unique identification with the brand.
03. Overall satisfactory experience: Participants reported an overall satisfactory experience in obtaining the desired information, with no significant issues highlighted.
04. Good usability and interaction: Participants did not express any notable difficulties in terms of usability and smoothness of interaction with the website, suggesting relative success in the user experience design.
Improvements:
01. Strengthen the brand's uniqueness and distinct identification to differentiate it from competitors in the minds of users.
02. Emphasize the brand's values and mission through storytelling and content delivery to help users better understand the core values of the brand.
03. Increase the immersive interactive experience and enhance the user's memory points and sense of connection with the brand
